 IMPORTANT
-To use the Pipolino for the first time, your cat must be hungry .Sometimes it needs 24 hours to use the Pipolino.
-If mewing, your cat wants to eat its usual meal without use of the Pipolino. You must leave him alone with the
distributor perhaps during one day. As soon as you will go away, the hunger will drive him to the Pipolino.
-Any other source of food must be restricted.
-Do not roll the Pipolino towards your cat because it can be frightened and, its adaptation can be longer.
FIRST USE
1?/ Regulate the Pipolino in position F. Then, fill it with a quarter of dry pet food.
2?/ Put the Pipolino at about five centimeters from a wall (or near an obstacle) near of its habitual feeding site.
3?/ Regulate the Pipolino in position 12 and then put some pet dry food between the distributor and the wall and
then let the cat eat.
4?/ If the cat moves the Pipolino 50 centimeters away or more, you can reduce the distribution in the position 8. If
not, do it again with the position 12.
LATER USE
1?/ After 24 hours of use in the position 8, fill the Pipolino with 4/5 of dry pet food and then regulate it in position 4.
2?/ After 48 hours of use in the position 4, regulate the distributor in position 2 (except in case of pregnancy,
nursing, thinness, use of large dry pet food like hill?s td).
3?/ For the weight excess cat, regulate the Pipolino in position 1 after one week of use in position 2. If it is not
sufficient, after a month in the position 1, you can regulate the distributor in position F (to loose 200g a week is
sufficient).
PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
1?/ THE CAT DOESN?T USE THE PIPOLINO
Be patient and wait until your cat is hungry.
Do not give him other food.
2?/ SOME DRY PET FOOD ARE LEFT ON THE FLOOR
Regulate the Pipolino in the position inferior.
3?/ THERE ARE SEVERAL CATS
Use the first chapter in the first use but regulate in position 8 only when all the cats can use Pipolino (when all the
cats have understood the use).
If one or several cats are in weight excess reduce the distribution for them and you can give a specific contribution
to the others; until all your cats are in correct weight and then regulate the Pipolino in position 2.
4?/ DIFFICULTIES TO REGULATE THE PIPOLINO, TO TURN IT
Loosen the screw and clean the ball inside. Screw back together with care, just to avoid the two parts are separating. |
